cafe69 operates a mandatory KYC verification program to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and identity theft. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit:

• A clear, color photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or driver's license showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document number.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless alternative arrangements are made with customer support. Withdrawal processing times:
